Torzi Matthews is well known for producing some of South Australia’s best value wines with their Mystic Park Shiraz proving hugely popular in recent years. We’re delighted to have recently welcomed this new addition to this range; the Mystic Park Sangiovese Rosé.
Made from Barossa Sangiovese, the 2023 Torzi Matthews Mystic Park Rosé is beautifully aromatic offering with plenty of red fruits, rose petal, cherry and pomegranate notes. The palate is mouth-watering with bright acidity and vibrant raspberry, cherry and musk flavours. A delicious new arrival that will prove hugely popular.
“Rosato di Sangiovese. Raspberry, cherry, blood orange, some dusty and peppery spice. It’s dry and a little peppery in texture, a little of that almost liquorice-like Sangiovese character coming through, again the blood orange tang, with a tight and spicy finish of good length.
