Cherry dipped in chocolate, a slight roast red capsicum and blonde tobacco top note, in with some flowers, a little mint and sweet biscuit oak. It’s all cherry and red fruit, fine chalk dust tannin offers grip, acidity is balanced, and there’s a general succulence to the wine that’s very appealing.
